Editing pages
Built-in blocks
PageTree ships with a set of ready-to-use blocks. This table sums up their purpose and their main fields.

Every block also has the Displayed? checkbox, which lets you hide it on the website without deleting it.
Usage tips
- One H1 per page. The Hero banner uses H1 by default. If the page already has its main title, choose H2.
- Alternative text. Describe the image for people who cannot see it. It also helps SEO.
- FAQ. Enable "Mark as FAQ for search engines" on a single Questions / answers block per page only.
- Links. Link fields accept a page of the site or an external address.
- Optional buttons. In the Call to action, the Hero banner and Image and text, leave the button text empty to hide the button.
Legacy blocks
The Title H1 and Link blocks are no longer offered in the library: they are replaced by Title and Button. Pages that use them still render them, and they remain editable.
The Logo block has been removed: the logo belongs to the theme layout.
The Gallery and Video blocks have a Previous format section: it keeps the fields of blocks created before the 2.1 update.
